• Prices

Each item is stated including VAT in Swedish kronor. In the booking system, you can see the total price including all fees such as VAT, shipping, and payments.

• Payment

Payment is made through the selected payment method at the checkout, by Stripe or Adyen.

• Card Payment

Card payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. Your payment card will be charged immediately.

• Swish Payment

• Damaged Goods and Complaints

When starting the activity in the booking, it is important to check that the products are not damaged or faulty. If the product is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement product if available, otherwise a full refund.

• Disclaimer

Activities provided by “Boreal Pack Adventure” can be physically demanding and may involve inherent risks. While “Boreal Pack Adventure” takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all participants, accidents can still happen. Please be aware that if you do not follow the safety rules or the instructions given by our guides, we reserve the right to remove you from the tour for the safety and enjoyment of other participants.
By booking and taking part of the activity, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with “Boreal Pack Adventure”’s activities and accept that “Boreal Pack Adventure” is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property unless caused by our proven negligence.
By agreeing, you also take the responsibility of the material that we untrust to you and you agree to cover every damages you may cause on material, equipment, vehicles or veterinary costs during the activities with “Boreal Pack Adventure”.

• Changes and modifications

We reserve the right to change time, days, duration of the activity, or prices at our convenience regarding condition, weather or majeure force. 

If the weather condition is too dangerous, or we judge it is to risky to do the booked activity, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the activity and replace it with a suitable activity due to environmental and weather conditions by revising our price.

• Refund 

If you’ve paid in full, you may cancel up to one week before your activity for a full refund. Cancellations made between one week and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour. The deposit of 30% is non-refundable.

• What you have to do or to know as guest

Make sure that the contact details that you gave us are correct.
Follow every rules and instructions that the guide will give you during the activities. Our job is to make you enjoy the activity in safety. You are responsible for all damage that can happen on the materiel or on yourself. When you book an activity with us, you commit to have an insurance that cover material damages and body injures.
During the reservation process, let us know if you have any injuries, disabilities, food allergies.. etc.
All our activities depend on the weather, sometimes in extreme conditions, so make sure your health allow you to make sportive activities in extreme climate. Some adaptation can be done regarding your health and your physical condition
Bring a valid passport or identity card for the activity and bring your driving licence for snowmobile trip.
