Step into the heart of Arctic life with a 2-hour visit to our passionate partner’s farm! This immersive experience offers much more than a sled ride, it’s a warm invitation into a world shaped by animals, nature, and authentic northern living.
You’ll begin with a guided tour of the kennel, where you’ll meet the friendly huskies and learn about their lives, training, and personalities. But the experience doesn’t stop there, you’ll also get to know the other beloved residents of the farm, including reindeer, horses, and cows, each cared for with love and respect.
The highlight of the visit is a scenic sled ride as a passenger (approx. 8 km, 30–45 minutes), where you’ll enjoy a sledding tour through snowy landscapes in a comfortable sled pulled by a team of energetic dogs. Each sled can carry up to 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 small children, making it ideal for families or small groups.
After the ride, gather around the fire in a traditional lavvu tent, where you’ll enjoy coffee, hot drinks, and stories from the mushers about life with the dogs, and the deep bond that makes it all possible.
