Temperatures can drop significantly, so we recommend wearing good thermal gear, for comfort and safety throughout the adventure.
To ensure comfort and hygiene when wearing a helmet, we will provide you with a clean balaclava.
If you prefer to use your own, especially a warmer one in wool, you’re welcome to bring it along.
For your safety and comfort, we provide a helmet equipped with a full visor and an extra sun-protective visor to shield your eyes from glare, wind, and snow during the tour.
We can provide an overall to wear as an extra layer over your own winter clothing and thermal base layers.
Please note that shoes and gloves are not included, so make sure to wear boots safe for very cold conditions.
We provide modern, well-maintained snowmobiles equipped with heated handles for both the driver and passenger, seat heating for the passenger, and a wind shield for added comfort during the ride.
Children are welcome to join the adventure with us in a comfortable, covered sleigh.
For safety reasons, they must ride in the sleigh if they cannot reach both the foot platform and the handles on the snowmobile.
To drive during a snowmobile on our tours, a valid driver’s license is required.
If you don’t have a license or prefer not to drive, you’re warmly welcome to join as a passenger, either riding behind a driver or comfortably seated in a covered guided sleigh.
A single-driver option is available during the booking process. If not selected, you will share a snowmobile with another member of your family: One driver, one passenger. If you both have a driving licence, you’re free to share the driving time as you wish throughout the activity.

The meeting point for snowmobile adventure is 5 minutes from the center of Överkalix, the exact location will be shared with you after your booking is confirmed.
Children are welcome to join the adventure with us in a comfortable, covered sleigh. For safety reasons, they must ride in the sleigh if they cannot reach both the foot platform and the handles on the snowmobile.
Kids price are under 12 years old.
Child under 3 years old are free of charge.
You’re welcome to bring a small bag or backpack with essentials such as a beanie, thermos, sunglasses, or other personal items to keep comfortable during the tour.
